Boarding

Board is $425/month for the first equine. $400 for the second equine.
And $375 for each equine thereafter.
There is a 10% discount for advance pay for a year--$4320 ($360/month)
5% discount for advance pay for 6 months--$2280 ($380/month)

Pasture Board is available for $300/month

Full board includes a 12X12 stall with its own ceiling fan and outfitted with Stable Comfort Stall Mattresses, Nelson Waterers and Feeders, salt and mineral blocks, and stall toys. Horses are given hay and feed twice a day. For each horse, the boarder will have a special name plate made, a saddle rack reserved in the tack room, storage space in dust-free cabinets, and a tack box next to their horse's stall. Worming and blanketing are included.

We have a 215' X 215' lighted arena with a dressage arena on one side and a jump course on the other. There are dirt roads nearby for riding and we are in the process of creating trails on the property. We have two round pens for ground work, two available bathrooms and showers, a break room for chilling out, a full equine library, including training DVDs, and wash bays with hot/cold water. Each pasture has a 12' X 24' run-in, so horses can get out of the weather. There are fold-down saddle racks next to each stall, so you can tote your saddle from the tack room and have a place to put it while you prepare your horse for saddling. We have tried to think of everything!
