Sandy was adopted by Carla Hollman from Panhandle Equine Rescue. EVERYONE loves Sandy. Everyone who sees Sandy wants her. Everyone who sees Sandy wants to ride her. Everyone who sees Sandy wishes she were theirs. Carla just laughs and says, "Don't say that to my daughter Emma."
Sandy was rescued on July 9, 2009, when Panhandle Equine Investigators responded to a citizen complaint. They found Sandy tethered in the backyard, tied with an electrical cord. When offered water, she drank almost five gallons.
Now she has joined the spoiled rotten crew at Forever Sky Ranch, and she will never be hungry or thirsty or without lots and lots of love again!
